The Associate Board of Ambassadors (ABOA) is the American Cancer Society's young professional organization who have raised over $2.5 million in the fight against cancer since their inception in 2007.
ABOA members have the opportunity to network with others who are interested in making a difference in their community and significantly impacting the Society’s lifesaving mission.

The Associate Board of Ambassadors primarily supports Discovery Ball and Skyline Soiree through various fundraising initiatives including silent auction procurement, sponsorship, ticket sales, and more.
This elegant black-tie gala promises to be a night you’ll never forget with its live and silent auctions, an extraordinary dinner, lively entertainment and late-night dancing. Discovery Ball 2021 will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Hilton Chicago.
Since 2007, the annual Discovery Ball has raised nearly $38 million to support the American Cancer Society's mission to save lives and celebrate lives and lead the fight for a world without cancer.
Skyline Soiree is a unique opportunity to support the mission of the American Cancer Society while mingling with young professional and philanthropic leaders from an array of industries throughout the Chicago area.
Skyline Soiree will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Revel Fulton Market in Chicago. Festivities include cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, an exclusive raffle and incredible entertainment.
